My i-Pod broke about a week before the warranty was set to expire. So Apple was kind enough to send me a brand new one. Too bad it’s not the 4th generation.
day 145
Filled up the van before I headed off to London to work this morning. $68.60, and there was still a quarter tank of gas in there. Yikes!!
day 144
My first real couponing experience. I got a bunch of bananas, a box of granola bars, a box of fruit by the fruit, a can of beans, a bottle of sauce, a box of Eggo waffles, a clamshell of strawberries and some dishwasher tabs for $10. Without coupons, this would have cost me $25. I was very excited!
day 143
Who says you shouldn’t play with your food… especially when you find a chicken nugget shaped like the letter “Y”.
day 142
We have had some beautiful weather these last few days, so today I took Finn outside to lie on the grass for the first time.
day 141
I weeded and planted some pretty purple and white petunias in our front flower bed.
I am a terrible gardener, so lets see how long these flowers last.
day 139
One of our new favorite dinner meals, Chunky Monkey Pancakes!
Bananas with chocolate chips and a homemade peanut butter maple syrup. It’s SUPER yummy!
day 138
I absolutely hate spoon feeding babies. Thank goodness Lily is old enough and willing to feed Finn for me. Phew!
day 137
Grey helping Darren put together the play center. It’s taken us almost a week to put together. The instructions said, “2 people, 8-10 hours”. I’m pretty sure they lied.
day 134
I spent the morning at the hospital with Grey. This time for a piece of glass in his foot that we couldn’t get out. He cried really hard, and that was difficult for me.
Sigh, this boy will be the death of me.
day 133
We ordered a huge outdoor playground for the kids, and all of our time and energy this week has been put into assembling it.
We are so over putting this thing together.
day 132
We had a huge down pouring of rain today. And with a little coaxing, the girls went outside to splash and play in the rain. They had a blast!
