My ugly bathroom cabinet is finally getting an overhaul. I’ve had the paint for months and I’m excited to make this baby shine!

Both boys crashed out asleep together. It doesn’t happen very often, and the fact that they are both wearing clothes is a bigger accomplishment for me.

Once the kids are in bed, Darren and I love to go and get slurpee’s to cool off from the hot summer day.

It’s been so hot in July, we’ve been swimming in the pool every day… sometimes twice a day.

I taught in Ava’s Primary class today, and made these adorable little missionary tags for all the kids.

Spa Day! I did a fun little spa for the girls at home, complete with massages, pedicures and all things girly.

Today was one of the most exciting days of the year so far. A friend of mine had to do some roof repairs, and in opening up a walled section of their attic (100 year old house), only to find that it was full of stuff! A dream come true for me. They let me come over and search through it all. I took some great pictures of all the cool treasures, like these glasses from 1971, complete with warranty certificate for $5000.

Crashed out on my bed… naked as the day he was born. Lovely.

We ordered some pizza and headed out to the park to fly our kite and swing on the swings. What a wonderful family night.

We go swimming every day, and I thought this was a good solution to the dripping wet suits all over my bathroom floor. Gotta love summer!

Finn is starting to cut his 2 front teeth, so I had to get a picture of our little vampire baby before that happened. Too bad Halloween wasn’t sooner, I would glitter his pale little baby skin up, and he could go as Edward Cullen.

It was 10:30 at night, we were all hot and sticky, so we decided to have an impromptu night swim. We all jumped in and the only picture I managed to snap was this one, blurry, but still the highlight of our day.
